Didn't quite reach my goal. But considering how busy I was this week not too bad. Plus I managed to burn more calories than I did last week. All in all was a pretty good week and next week is gonna be much better!!! This challenge is definitely pushing me!!!0 -
I tried doing this one a couple weeks ago and didn't quit make it, so I really want to push this week to at least burn 3,000-3,500.0

Well I had hoped that I would sufficiently recover my health during the week to hit the goal but I just did not recover as fast as I hoped. I'm not accustomed to missing goals but I missed this one big time! During the spring through September I was averaging about 8,000 cal burned a week so I thought I clould get 3,500 while recovering, but it just wasn't possible. But I guess we have goals to help keep us motivated so I'll try again. Congrats to all of you who made your goal and for those like me who missed it let's get it next time!0 -
