lol, I just got my first jar this week as well. Very tasty, but very sweet. I am using it sparingly so my sugars don't freak out.

So much sugar though... Eat it in moderation (she says with a spoon and half-empty jar in her hand...)
  • I've been in love with Nutella for a long time...lol.. It's big in the italian families. I have to stay away from that, I don't even buy it. That is very dangerous to me.

Oh mannnn, that is a MAJOR red light food in this household!!! The last jar I had (which is the only jar I've ever bought!) I ate in less than a week  . I don't ban foods in this house, but I had to ban Nutella....

Dang, now I want Nutella, that stuff is the DEVIL I tell ya!!!!!

I love, love, love nutella. I used to tell myself that it was good for me because it had hazelnuts in it. Now I know better. Still, I occasionally have a small amount.

Trigger food for me. I love it so much I don't buy it. That is one temptation I don't need. I understand why you love it though.

Yep, there is a lot of sugar in Nutella but hey, everything in moderation. I always have a jar at home :)

I was introduced to it years ago, but it was never really an active part of my life until I spent a summer in France studying, and my family had nutella with every breakfast on day old bread. And the one time I went to Paris, the most popular crêpe filling was always nutella+bananas. Sooo good!

I put 1 tbsp on a waffle in the morning for breakfast a lot. It gives me a sweet fix and it's not horrible on cals cuz it's only half a serving.

I was thinking of trying to since I love peanut butter sandwiches, but know you've all told me about it being high in sugar I guess it's a no no for me!

I think I had it when I was little but forgot about it. My Husbhand's middle eastern and loves it but I never got in the cupboard and checked it out. Oh Man! Now that is a treat! It tastes like the center of my favorite Lindor truffle (hazlenut)...and I just take a little bit on the tip of a spoon

The dark chocolate dreams peanut butter from Peanut Butter Company is delicious too, if you aren't a hazelnut fan!

I can't control myself when it comes to nutella, all I needed was a spoon and a jar or an occasional pretzel to dip in. Before I realized it I could eat half the jar.... OMG. Sadly I don't buy it anymore at least not until I can control myself around it

It tastes great but it is soo high in sugar. I prefer pb2 http://www.bellplantation.com/nutrition.
  • OMG! It is the BEST! But, I can't keep it or peanut butter in my house. I will eat it right out of the jar, by the spoon full, every time I pass my kitchen.
