LOL you are sooo right, well if they can do it on Biggest Loser...why can't we? I'll re-evaluate that and see how it's going after this weeks workouts and stuff and then I'll know a bit better. I've already lost a one pound, but that's mostly water.0 -

This is my original post. I've now decided that seeing as though November has 30 days, I'm gonna do the 30DS! I will post my progress weekly on this ツ Yay!!
I think I may join you in this. I really wish I could say I stuck with Shred for a full 30 days, but I have never been able to. I will, however, allow myself to miss a day if I absolutely can't fit it in, but I will make every attempt to make it up by doubling up that weekend.
Just a warning, I have a habit of starting something and then dropping out... But I am going to try. I might need you to give me a good swift (virtual) kick in the behind occassionally.
My other goals will be to run at least 3 times a week and stay under my calories 6 days a week. I am going to start allowing myself a cheat day, which will vary depending on what is going on that week but will most likely be on Saturday's.
One last goal, be under 160 lbs by the end of November.
So, I said I would come back and post my goals.
Here ya go:
1. 30 Day Shred every day
2. Run 3 days per week
3. Under calories 6 days per week
4. Weight under 160 by Nov. 30th.0 -
Ooh--I may amend mine as well--I saw the comment about doing the 30 day shred--that is a great idea! Also with the time change (Nov 6th, I think) I will also keep getting up at the same time to work out--that is a great plan!0

Time for me to step up the exercise.

I have been boycotting exercise for a few months. Just been lazy with the start of nursing school in the beginning of September. My goal is to have at least 2 of the 4 days be at the gym. Excuses? i want this to be a productive mounth i dont think a 10 lb loss is acceptable goal for a mounth challenge. if it isnt id like to know what you guys think would be acceptable. and guys remeber When you have gone so far that you cant manage one more step then you have only gone half the dstance you are capable of.0

1) climb 10,000 steps during November (about 334 steps a day)
2) spend 900 mins during Nov (30 min a day) supporting MFP friends and strangers (I've been totally lame about supporting my friends on here. they do so much to keep me going and I need to give back to the community. )0 -
