    a) W7D2 - NOT done ;(
    b) Got to 20 mins and just couldn't go further
    c) I'll try again tomorrow

I feel you. I can do 20 mins, but the next 5 is so hard.

Agree. The last five is so hard, may be we should break the mental block and make it more positive.

I didn't do my run as planned, went to the gym and come back home so sore. Is it possible to break it and do it twice?

Yasmin, you should do what works for you. It seems that I always need to do a lighter run before the big one.

    w7d2 completed at speed 5.
It was doable. I am wondering if I just lose motivation after 15 mins. I did it though and I will continue to do it! We all will!!!!

    a) W7D2 done WHEW!! walked 3.5 for the warmup, and jogged 5.3, 0% incline
    b) It was much easier running in the AM, so that's my new strategy, before breakfast, after coffee!!
    c) I hope I have the same motivation for tomorrow.

Yup, that was taken about a week before we started, the updated pic was taken a couple days ago! Most of my weight has been lost via the C25K. I started MFP at 205lbs and C25K at 200lbs. I'm now in the 180's!

    b. It wasn't too bad at all. I was hoping to increase my speed didn't do.

    b. The run was good, as for animals I saw: camels and sheep!
    c. I keep checking to see if the run is going to be over soon at the exact same time, 3 minutes to go. Hopefully on the next run I can just keep going without thinking about the time.

Also, well done Felicia! You can really see the difference in those photos! You look great! :)

w7d3: DONE! Why is it I always have to look at the time right before it says half way done?
This wasn't too bad. After what I ate last night I though for sure I would not have had the energy to do it.

As far as losing weight and inches. I haven't really lost weight since doing c25k and I have no idea about inches. When we do 30ds I will measure myself!

Funny! I find myself competing with people on the treadmill next to me too. WTG!
