    Yes thank you so much! I've tried to lose weight like this before and it never worked because I always tried quick fixes and I was never emotionally invested but now that I've seen what this side of life looks like I'm never, ever going back (except obviously if I have kids, and then I will allow some controlled weight gain). Thanks for your advice and support !
