120 lbs Lighter in 12 Months!

In one year on a low-carb diet, I've...

-Lost 120 pounds (from at least 350 then to 230 now).

-Lost 30% body fat (from at least 50% then to 20% now).

-Shrunk from size 54 pants then to size 34 now.

-Shrunk from 4XL t-shirts to Large t-shirts now (no X's in front!).

-Went from being winded after only 10 minutes on the elliptical machine to running 5Ks on the treadmill at faster than a 10-minute non-stop pace.

-Gained a lot of lean muscle mass.

-Lowered and kept my blood pressure, triglycerides, blood glucose, and cholesterol levels and ratios in healthy, optimal ranges.
