My last weigh in for this month.. now 11 st 3 (157lbs) .. not bad as I had TOTM this week.. gained 4lbs and lost 5lb so 1 lb lighter than I was before they started! :happy:0

I'm in. Just lost 5 in Sept, but Oct will be much harder.
Sept 1 = 132.8
Oct 1 = 127.8
Oct 8 = 127.4 (yup, October is harder!)
Oct 15 = 127.2 (Captain Incremental is clearly in charge)
Oct 22 = 125.8 (it's been a very rough month, so I'm happy with 2lbs thus far)

Still recovering from my cold, but managed to get out for a 30 min walk + 20 min run today. Hopefully the exercise will kick start me into healthier food choices. I've been eating way too much for the last week. I'm hoping to reverse some damage and not to have to post a gain this month.0

I stayed the same last week so its a 4lb loss for the month for me. Was hoping for better but I have lost 13.5 inches in the month also so I am pleased with that. Not meeting the 5lb has pushed me into being even more determined for November!0

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE! Had my Halloween 5k yesterday and went as 'Where's Bru' lol It was freakin' cold and windy, the race was very hilly and I'm still fighting this bug, but I didn't do too bad. My brother, Tyler, competed with me and he took 2nd in his age group! Sweet! And now he's asking about the next 5k.. lol . I think he's hooked!
Next 5k is this coming Saturday. Really hoping to meet or beat my personal best, but as long as I finish, I'm happy. No more 5ks for me til next Spring now..
The scale is playing tricks, but that's ok, I had a very high sodium day yesterday, so I expected a gain.
