Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

    Awesome! I'm in, I need to do this to make up for my bad eating and drinking behavior this past weekend. Had company and Halloween parties. Agh!

    Putting on my Angry Bomber Bird costume and going running! Gonna go "boom" those calories and weight off.....

    Ok. Didn't come close to my goal at all last week. A shoulder injury and being sick are not good workout buddies. :tongue: This week we are going to aim for the standard 3500. Still feeling pretty lousy so I hope I'll make it.
