Wasn't able to keep updating my weight every week on the last challenge but I did lose 5.5 pounds so I'm a happy girl. Hopefully I'll do better this month! Good luck everyone!

I am aiming high this month in weight loss. In the past 12 months I have lost 20 kgs so to try and lose 4+ in one month is a lot, but I'm tired of this slow progress so I'm going for it.

Yay 1st November!! I am excited for this month. One month until the start of summer here and time to get serious :happy:
Haha Jenni, yep we have a holiday in Melbourne today, gotta love a day off for a horse race :laugh: and being as it is a Tuesday, the Aussie way is to take a day off on the Monday as well....yay for extra long weekends!!!
My Husband and I started the C25K last night, I have done it before but on the treadmill and did'nt really complete it. I have decided that I like running outside much more than inside, I get so bored on the treadmill. Hopefully I can finish it this time round and be running 5k's by the end of the year!!!
