    For the first week of November's optional fitness challenge, I'll go with an old standby....

    100 squats a day, or 500 total for the week!

    With my in-laws descending upon me in three weeks, my focus is strong. I am in control and will remember to let that motivate me to make good food choices, instead of stressing me into old emotional food habits. This isn't for anyone but me.

    Focusing on those two concepts is my goal for this week. :)

    This weeks challenge is to think what you can swap to be a lower calorie alternative and please post your findings! Eg swap creme fresh for cream, stew eating apples not cooking apples so you don't have to add sugar and see if this week you can wean yourself off sugar in your teas. And coffees.
