    djfnjskadfnsdf OMG! Why can't I post when I have to like normal people? -_____- Ok I know I'm out of the challenge for posting my sw so late but I'm gonna keep updating if only to keep myself on track. Hope everyone's doing well.

    Wasn't able to keep updating my weight every week on the last challenge but I did lose 5.5 pounds so I'm a happy girl. Hopefully I'll do better this month! Good luck everyone!

    This weeks challenge is to think what you can swap to be a lower calorie alternative and please post your findings! Eg swap creme fresh for cream, stew eating apples not cooking apples so you don't have to add sugar and see if this week you can wean yourself off sugar in your teas. And coffees. So good luck everyone and think thin. Zoe67

    Fun! I guess that means no more starbucks for this week, then! I'll make my coffee at home with my coconut milk creamer instead. Thanks for the challenge.

    Great idea Zoe. I swop butter for hommus on my salad sandwiches. I also this week swopped getting a taxi to walking to the railway station (33min walk) and then the bus for walking (27min). I also slipped my body off the couch on to the floor while watching the news and did 17mins of stretching etc. Whatever exercises I could think of from on the floor thats why such an add time of 17mins I ran out of ideas.:laugh:

    Thanks for starting this!! I like the mini goals/challenges. I am part of a bigger group as well, and do like little ones in between to keep me motivated. I usually weigh in on wednesdays, but I will use that weight for monday's number.

    Took the kids to the zoo today. Walked, walked and walked some more!! My legs are sore and I am exhaused!! The kids are still full of beans though, wish I had their energy :smile:

    Looking forward to weigh in tomorrow (for a change :wink: ) I still need to work on my weekend diet and my evening eating habit, hmmm maybe I need to take up knitting or something, I just find it really hard not to snack once the kids are in bed and I finally get to relax :noway:

    Weekends, do not work out so good for me and my water, I usually end up with zero water being drunk for the entire weekend. I have to find a way to get my water intake to a level it should be.

    Very Happy with that. But not confident it will happen again. I had just done a 27km walk last sunday and I have always found I weigh heavy the day after a major exercise event. Also TOM had a lot to do with it. However I am going to try harder then ever to keep the numbers going down.
