    Hi everyone. I fell off the chart last month, I was burning a ton of cals but to watching my food and I gained weight... I am very mad at myself. My main goal for this month is to cut out the candy and cake and junk... (i realized that I had cake twice a day for the last 4 days :(:(:( so) ok I will change as of today :)

    With my in-laws descending upon me in three weeks, my focus is strong. I am in control and will remember to let that motivate me to make good food choices, instead of stressing me into old emotional food habits. This isn't for anyone but me.

    Focusing on those two concepts is my goal for this week. :)
