I had the BEST lunch today!
I took 2 cups of raw spinach, sliced an orange bell pepper, cut up a roma tomato, and topped it with a 4 oz Salmon filet (I buy seasoned prepackaged ones that you just pop in the oven) and some low-fat italian dressing. YUM!!0 -
2 slices of Arnolds light 100% whole wheat bread, oven roasted turkey breast, sliced tomato and avocado with 1 tbsp of Hellman's light mayo.
1 oz of Garden of Eatin whole grain tortilla chips w/everything and peach salsa.
360 calories. :bigsmile:
Of course, I am at maintenance, pregnant and had a good workout this morning...so this is lunch #1!!:laugh:0 -
I had a Lean Cuisine meal... spanish style rice an enchilada... mmm it was good and kept me full for like an hour and a half!0

4 oz of 96/4 lean hamburger grilled., 1 green pepepr cut in strips, 1 tbs light ranch, 1 tbs ketchup, 1 tsp mustard, 3 dill pickle slices and a Light & Fit yogurt.0

I had a salad with Wishbone Balsamic Breeze salad spritzer (yum by the way) and cantaloupe0

I had Skippy's reduced fat peanut butter (1tbsp) with grape jam (fat free, 1 tsp) on 100% whole wheat bread (2 slices) and a cup of 1% milk.0

I had yoplait 99% fat free yogurt, Fresh Salmon, and Mixed veggies!!!0

Used a Low Carb Wheat Tortilla
filled with 4 oz ground cooked lean turkey
1/8 cup of kidney beans
1/8 avacado
mixed light sour cream with trader joes salsa
and just a touch of reduced fat cheese
all for just under 300 calories and I'm so stuffed I cant move0 -
I had half a chicken salad sandwich, diet green tea, & a few rice cakes instead of chips.0

4 reduced fat breton crackers, with 30 g light cheese and 50g sliced chicken with carrots and a fat free chocolate pudding for dessert! YUM YUM!0

I had a baked crab cake, one pillsbury ww dinner roll and 2.5 svgs broccoli spears with icbinb spray. very tasty.0

Pizza! Whole wheat pita (150 calories), tomatoe sauce (20 calories), 1 ounce fresh hand pulled mozz (100 clories) and an orange (55 calories) Lemon ginger tea. Total calories= 3250

I had 4 oz of chicken that I boiled at the beginning of the week, with 3/4 cup brown rice. I'll have my 2 stalks of celery for my next snack!0

Leftover Chicken & collard greens from last night. Big crunchy apple for dessert. Still have an orange in the bucket for afternoon snack, but I don't know if I'll eat it.0

1 green pepper cut into strips w/ 1 tbs light Ranch, I whole wheat english muffin toasted with 1/2 cup egg beaters and 1 turkey sausage & 1 slice fat free cheese. Kinda like an egg mcmuffin but much yummier. 1 low fat yogurt.0
