Sorry that the name is kinda odd but I lack creativity and can't think today.

Hopefully my weight will stay pretty stable BUT don't count on weight points from your preggo captain :laugh:

I know most of you know eachother (other than Brandie) but please do you little intro to the group. I need starting weight as of today from each of you. This challenge will be an exercise based challenge and we will have daily exercises that need to be done. Our team earns 1 point for each day you do your exercise. If ALL of our team does the exercise EVERY day then we earn a bonus 5 points. We will also earn points for weight dropped AND I will have a few bonus things that teams can earn extra points for drinking water, running/walking extra...or whatever else I think sounds fun!

    Hello I am Lorri, and like Jennifer I love to run. I am doing my first half marathon Saturday. Yay! Glad this challenge is small teams, I really like that a lot better. I plan to do my part and more. I had a high weigh in this morning. My husband and I went out of town for a little get away and I ate, ate, ate, and ate some more. None of it was good for me, so yummy though, so I am 156, but I should be back down to my lowest weight recently, 148 in a couple of days. It will help with the challenge.

    Current Weight: 180.6 (Held it through Halloween!!!)

    Hello my real name is Colette. I'm mother to two beaufitul special boys, Scott 17 and Bryce 14, both with special needs and married to Fatboypup (also on MFP, great husband for the most part!) I would like to reach my goal weight of 160 by Christmas so lets kick some but!!!! I've been stuck on a plateau for a month going back and forth between 180 to 184 and My lil goal for this week is to see 178! Excited to join this group!

    Here is the challenge for tomorrow. You can break them up however you want as long as you do this in one workout. If you need to do modified versions that is fine but try your best to do these as accurate as possible. The point is to get your heart rate up for an extended amount of time.

    "I am keeping the exercises for tomorrow rather simple since it is day one. You need to do this in a circut all at one time (not broke up through the day). You can however break up the numbers into easier sets. 75 jumping jacks 40 crunches/sit ups 30 squats 10 push ups

    You should allow yourself about 1 minute rest between sets."

    For yesterday we earned 5 points. I only have beautiful and me down for finishing the water. Peachy and Brandie are also blank on the fitness. Don't forget ladies that I need you to report daily on these.

    We are tied for 5th place as of this morning (out of 8 teams).

    I forgot to post this yesterday....not sure if you guys saw it in the other thread. This is the workout for today.

    I am totally using the upper body workout from a challenge I did in September so if you have done Gary's challenges before these should be nothing new. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WATCH THE VIDEOS THAT GO WITH EACH EXERCISE! Even if you think you know what the exercise it I want to make sure everyone is doing the same thing.

    2 Sets of 15 swimmers press, 2 sets of 15 wood chops, 2 sets of 21's and 2 sets of 15 tricep kickbacks

    No I haven't lost weight this week and been on a plateau, but I have an NSV! I've lost 3" in every part of my body except my neck! <3

    That is GREAT!!! I am so happy for you! The inches gone are the ones that make the biggest difference! I am not gaining weight but def gaining inches.
