    Ok-day one under my belt. Maybe I should call it Day Half. Had to rest quite a bit but what I did felt good. Gotta get a sports bra fir sure!!!

    I did this once before .. and stopped like after 2 weeks:grumble: ... i had no motivation at all!! .. i need some new mfp friends so i can get something accomplished:drinker: .. i started going to zumba and getting back on track this week.. so i will start tomorrow and keep in touch :)

    I started today too!! Awesome workout! I sweated sooo much after! I was dripping! Now, here's my question..... how do you log your workout calories? I said I did 20 minutes calisthenics.

    Today was my second day. I did 20 minutes on the Treadmill then did the video. Felt pretty good but I need to work on those push ups!!

    i just finished day two!! i don't have weights so i am using two large cans of beans :D

    there is a section for logging under cardio, for circuit training :D

    i am also doing jogging (c25k) 4ish times a week

    Circuit training and vigorous calisthenics equal the same calories burned! Interesting!


    Today is day two for me, but I'm sooooo sore, and have been delaying! I went for my regular walk today and it kicked my butt. Not totally sure if I can do another shred!!!

    i just finished day 3! CelenaOlson, i skipped a day because i was sore, but yesterday i was even MORE sore, i went ahead and worked through it, and i felt amazing today! just keep working through!
