I had a 2.3 pound loss this week! I was shocked, but very pleased. I'm now within 4 pounds of my husband, lol! My goal is to pass him and hit onderland first.0

So its a 1/2 a lb. . .but it is closer to my goal so it's good.

Everyone is doing such a fantastic job! Well this past weekend I took my son out on a date and aloud myself to go off my diet. I still worked out on the weekend and yesterday I took the kids trick or treating. So anyhow I jumped on the scale...215.8 FACK! I gained 5lbs in 3 days! So I am going back at it hardcore. No more cheat days. I want to loose 10lbs this month so I have to be good.0

My WI today is 258.4 down 1.4 lbs I think last week I said I was 259.2 but it was supposed to be 259.8 so sorry which ever you want to make it up on LOL is fine with me. Anyway its TOM todays so Ill take that loss!!
Really need to get over this cold so I cant get back to working out..tried to today but trainor said NOPE not with it being in my chest!!

Last week, I took off from weighing in. I am sorry, I just had to. I did weigh at my First Place group because there was just no way out of it..and had saw the numbers 231 I have been soo down this week ~ sick with a nasty head cold and seeing that just depressed me. This morning I was back down to 224.6, so I guess it was just all water last Tuesday - that and I had weighed in at night time. NOT going to make it to Onederland, but would love to see 215 by Christmas!!0

I am 212.4lbs this morning..So I lost 3.4lbs of what I gained from last weekend. Not bad. I think I am going to take measurements. Everyone at the gym is commenting on how my stomach area is flatter since I got the personal trainer.

Pammy, see it was just water weight You're doing awesome! Everyone is! I just had the craziest day in recent memory...lol. On Fridays I have: my boys (Natalie is @ PreK) and babysit so here's the total: Noah(7) Eli(8month) Nadia(2) Emmaline(13wks) Aidan(7wks). That was pure chaos! Somehow I managed AND got crockpot chicken fajitas going for dinner tonight. Didn't eat lunch til 2 and was shaking...but making it work lol Here's to a great weekend!!!0

Ok one of my molars broke this morn. Made through the day at work and found a dentist open at night. They said it was loose so ended up getting it pulled. So no dinner tonight and no work out for at least 24 hours. No strenuous activity. But weigh in in the morn. I hope its a loss.0

Hope you awesome ladies had a great weekend :+) I did! It was a great balance of hanging out with friends, spending quality time with kids & alone time w/ hubby Slightly hectic....but when is a weekend not? lol
My weight got down to 198.6 a few days ago!! I flipped out to see that number! Since then I've seen 199 several times, but this morning saw 200.0 So I'm teetering on the onederland fence. I will consider myself TRULY there when I don't see a 2__ even at night OR when TOM shows his face LOL
Does anyone wanna start doing some sort of extra challenges each week until to kinda kick things into high gear so to speak, since we're getting closer? Nothing crazy..cause I've been a part of something like that and all it did was overwhelm me. But I just mean find one food related and one exercise related thing to kinda focus on each week to help with our motivation? Just a thought! I could sure use it0
