Sad to say I had a gain this week, not sure why, but gonna change up my calories to see if it makes a difference

215 today. Down just one this week. Honestly, that's better than I thought I was going to do. I've been trying to lose last weekend's food all week long! I'm (walking) my first 5k tomorrow. I'm excited!0

Ok no loss again but hey no gain either. Been stuck 2 weeks and I think I know why. I have been drinking diet sodas again. I have been doing so good staying away from soda but I miss it and well I guess this is how I pay for it.0

Kinda had a rude awakening....as I'm copying my weights to add to this thread I see that I only have 7 more weigh ins until my birthday. My first 7 weeks of this challenge I lost 7.4. The most recent 7 weeks: 5.2. I have about 12 to lose in this 7 weeks. I better get my *kitten* in gear! Wait, that's not right...I better keep the food out of my mouth!0 -
Well I did it! I am now 214.4lbs! I lost 2lbs this week! I have lost a total of 10.6lbs since I started with the personal trainer. Onederland is so reachable right now!

Well I didnt do W1D3 of C25k yesterday I was just way to sore so I went to zumba...so I will be doing c25k W1D3 today and I'm going to do it on my own and outside sure hope it helps cause I hate that dang treadmill!!
Do any of you have a HRM I have a polar F4 older model and its been randomly freezing and stuff so I'm going to take it back but wondered if any of yall had the Polar FT4 and know if its as good as the FT7 thats what one of the trainers at the gym suggested but Its like 60$ more!~
We only have 5 weeks left of our BL challenge which is good and bad...it has put sooo much pressure on me that what I'm doing is not good enough but Its sad because we wont have all the extra classes and the personal use of all the trainers anytime we want! My favorite class ..Biggest Loser boot camp will no longer be going and I love that class its like a circuit training weights with bursts of weights!! I love her she pushes me every week to do things I didn't think I could do!!! Oh well they will do another one starting in Jan and I think I will do it agian but more for the extra support and not the competition!!0 -
Not posted before but have been lurking :-)
I started on April 18th at 246.5, went up and down till July 25th when I pulled it together at 241.5. I refound MFP , joined a gym and weighed in at my local Slimming World.
I'm down to 215 right now and onderland is in my sights for Xmas :-)
It's kinda hard right now as the weight loss is slowing, I've switched some gym for wii workouts this week using -my HRM means I know I'm burning similar calories.
This is the final time I shall do this journey!

Hey group members! Well you would be amazed with what I have discovered! I decided that I would total the weight that we have lost since we started this Closed Group back at the end of July and we have lost a combined weight of 187.8lbs!!!!

Hi! I just found this thread and hope no one minds if I join in. I aspired to be in onederland by Christmas but I have far to go at 228. I've been losing weight at a steady clip of 0.5-2 pounds/week for the past 5 months. So, I expect to be anywhere from 5 - 18 down by Christmas.
Do folks weigh in on a certain day?0 -

How was everyone's weekend? We went camping(ish) lol and had a lot of fun! Other than that, I've kinda been having it rough this past few weeks. My cycle is ALL out of whack & it's never been like this before, so really not happy with that....TOM came AGAIN on Friday...before that it had only been TWO weeks since my last cycle!!! That is way too close together UGHH. I'm going to the dr next week and hopefully he can shed some light on this. I have always always been regular!
Anyhoo...lol sorry to go on a rant like that! I start babysitting a little 12 week old little baby girl this Thursday...hoping the transition at my house will go as smoothly as possible
On another note..the past 2 days I've weighed myself, it's been between 202 & 203...so I am still steadily going down and super duper excited about it!! ONEderland is tangibly close and I'm starting to freak out!!!0 -
I have 29lbs to lose to make it to Onderland. Attainable? Reachable? Doable? hmmm, we shall see. I so want to be there!0

Thanks to a fellow MFP buddy, there are 77 DAYS left before the end of the year! So thats 77 days for me to loose another 25LBS!
What is everyone else's goals for the next 77 Days?
Hmmmm...my goal would be to STICK to my plan and quit getting derailed! I am already working on my menu plan for the next 2 weeks, so hopefully I will do that. I seem to do so good for a week or so and then I slack. SUcks.
That and no more sodas...water and occasional tea and coffee now and then.

My goals are to focus on my water consumption (aiming for a minimum of 90 oz a day), do better with my food on the weekends (especially Sunday lunch at my Grandmother's), get some sort of exercise at least 6 days a week, and avoid the Halloween candy that's in the house!!!0
