My wi is normall on tuesdays also but Ill give you my WI from last week was 267 =(
I have to say I'm having a pretty bummed day I have been doing this weightloss thing at our gym for 6 or 7 weeks now and ive only lost 7 lbs i work out at least 5 days a week and burn anywhere from 500-1100 calories a day I'm big enoug that I should be doing better then this. Today I went to the gym and on my own now class I burned 655 calories per HRM its just so frustrating and I know i shouldn't compare myself to others but it stinks...

Warrior Dash is a 3.26K mile race where you encounter obstacles like mud pitts, rope climbing walls and so much more! A photographer recommended that I do this. There is warrior dashes all over North America it seems. I can't wait to do it!!

Thank you for letting me know your weigh in! I was getting stuck in plateaus all the time. It has taken me 10 months to loose 44lbs. SLOW PROCESS! If you have your diary open, maybe I can make some suggestions?0 -

Jess, it took us about 3 hours total...most of that was the time it took to hike the uphill trail. Slow going, but worth it! Great view and I felt really good about myself afterwards.
Pam, the Warrior Dash is an awesome goal! Some of my other MFP friends are planning on doing it next year too....I thought about joining them, but after looking at the website I think I'll stick to just running. :laugh: It does look like fun though!0 -
Good morning!!
Well we had a biggest loser challenge last night this is what it was:
400 meter rowing machine
40 sit ups
400 meter rowing machine
40 push ups
400 meter rowing machine
40 military press with 20lbs
1/3 mile run
and it was timed...when I watched the first group go I thought NO WAY IN HECK!!!!!!! I was going to be able to do it!! But guess what I did it and I wasnt even last I had a time of 14 mins and the winner was 11:35
I am so proud of myself this makes the slow weight loss so worth it...
I'm headed to the gym for my offical weigh in and Bootcamp class!!!0 -

Worked in the gym daycare this morning then did my day 2 of c25k plus added 30 mins then walked home!! burned 800 calories trying to decide if I'm going to go to zumba tonight to!!
OT but my baby just turned 10 months and she is offically walking!! Sad my last baby is growing up so fast!0 -

Awwww! I wouldn't mind having another little one My baby just turned 6 ... then I have a 9 and a 11.5 year old.
