    Log it as a marketing ploy that you fell for. For anyone that says it's better than nothing...sure, there is that. But it's also far more productive to do....oh just about anything else.
    Actually I watched my firends arms get pretty dam toned. Walking, diet and shake weigth every day. She looks great. yes it is a marketing ploy but it worked for her and it can work for the op.. You just feel like being negative but that's typical of most people :D I'm glad I am not like that though :D
    I'm also sure it's very helpful of you to positively re-enforce the worst exercise product in existence, just so you're not Nelly Negative. I'm glad I am not like that :bigsmile:

    Not really sure but if you inject pregnant lady pee you'll burn an extra 200,000 calories. That I know is a fact because i looked it up on broscience.com

    I googled shakeweight burns calories or something it came up with alot more quantifiable links vs useful replies here.

    You're like a baby lamb being dropped into a den of calorie staved lions when you ask a question like that.

    I am curious though. Do you still think this device is a legitmate exercise tool? And how many calories are you going to log for it's use?
