I am weighing in at 131.8....so I am up 0.6 pounds. I am 10 weeks pregnant and still not back to my pregnancy starting weight. (I weighed more when I first found out)0

Here is the workout for tomorrow.
WATER DOES NOT COUNT FROM SATURDAY ON....THERE IS NO EXTRA POINTS FOR MONDAY FOR ANYTHING!!! I will annouce the DAILY challenge at random this week.
After having a rest day on Sunday we are going to have a hardCORE Monday.
50 crunches/sit ups
25 righ oblique crunches
25 left oblique crunches

30 plank intervals (by this I mean start with arms extended then lower one arm to rest on your forearm and then lower the other so you are in a lower plank. Just like week one you can break these up into a circut of your choice. However, do your best to keep this as one workout. The easiest way to break it up is into 5 sets but you are free to do it as you would like.

I drank all my water Friday, Saturday and today, but I didn't do the exercise challenge.0

I made water and exercises everyday except Friday-i was short on water. I was also assuming that Sunday was a rest day? Is that correct. I thought that I had posted if I didn't then I appologize. I'm gettting ready to start on today's exercises.0

I just weighed and was at 144.2- I'm assuming it was a little lower since I ran. I can reweigh in the morn if you like or keep that just let me know.0

Jenn you are great! Sunday will ALWAYS be a rest day so you are correct on everything. I will mark you down as the weight you just gave me.
That means that our team averaged 1.9 pounds lost this week. We managed to swing 10 extra points with our weight!
I gained 0.2 pounds (DANG BABY) LOL
Peachy is down 4.8 pounds
Beautiful is down 1.2 pounds
Brandie is down 1 pound and
RunningAddict is down 2.8 pounds

We had a tie for first place and a tie for 3rd place! Just so you guys are aware that Moves_to_Improve had ZERO points from weight change. However, they drank all of the water and did all of the exercises so they managed to pull together enough points to get first.
Congrats to PeachyKeene for being the biggest loser out of the 8 teams/40 participants! Amazing working dropping 4.8 pounds in one week!!!

Tuesday =leg day
100 jumping jacks
40 squat kicks (squat then kick right leg kick left leg squat)
1 mile run/walk on top of what you already had planned for the day. If 1 mile is easy make it a 5k
50 toe touches -- feet shoulder width with hands on hip. Bend as waist touch toes and back uo to hands on hips
60 calf raises --- can be done on flat ground. Add weight or a ledge to increase difficulty
10 one leg squats on each leg
Don't forget that your team is also earning bonus points for your TOTAL calorie burn for the day. This includes your full workout and not just what you burn doing this leg workout.0 -

Ladies don't forget that today is also a calorie burn day...one of the few that we will have in this challenge! This can be a chance for us to earn some major points for our team! Work hard and set a goal for yourself. I would like to aim for 700+ calories myself!!!0

Belinda- I got to take a nice 2 hour nap before work so I am feeling rested. I was thinking about doing a track run tonight since we only have a couple more days of nice weather left. Can I give you my burn after I'm done or early in the morn? I won't be running till after work which will be after midnight?0
