    I love fish sauce...I've been avoiding it tho bc of sodium. Its really great in spaghetti sauce!

    I only have 1 meal a day normally, and its just a bit of salt, and depending on the meat, reduced sugar and sale ketchup. Only on red meat though it seems. Chicken legs and ketchup? Eww. Beef escalopes and ketchup? Yum!

    Its not food till you put hot sauce, Jalapenos, Serrano Peppers, anything hot goes with everything I eat. Even candy, fruit and veggies. In my house I don't like eating without my hot sauce or Spicy condiments..:devil: :devil: ..Oh and I try Habaneros, PFFFFFFFFFFF..they are not that hot!..:grumble:

    I don't have a sauce I put on everything, but when it comes to spices I use smoked paprika all the time.

    Salt, even on fruits, apples (sometimes) watermelon (all the time). There really isn't much that salt can't make better...even used in sweet baked goods :smile:

    Pretty much some sort of hot sauce for every meal. Cholula, Tabasco, and Sriracha are all in the mix.

    For non-hot sauce, I've been seasoning a lot of my meats and eggs with Everglades Seasoning (1/3 Salt/No MSG version) lately.

    Regular old Tabasco sauce, but you folks are making me feel like I'm slumming it. I eat a lot of mexican food so my wife's home made salsa sees a lot of use as well.

  • Everything is better with cheese imo. I have several family members with very specific tastes though:

    Stepbro - Ketchup on EVERYTHING. My grandfather did this too. Because of him, my mom never knew until college that you could eat mac n cheese without ketchup.

    Everglades Seasoning. Pretty much put it on any meat or veggies and in scrambled eggs. It's a tad strong for fish, though, so Old Bay is my go-to seasoning for fish.
  • encona hot sauce, go through a bottle every couple of weeks, there is nothing that can't be jazzed up with hot sauce. The chulola one is also fab!

    Well after starting this thread, I went home last night and had cottage cheese with my dinner. My family looked at me like I had alien beings crawling out of my nose when I grabbed the bottle of Cholula and put it on my cottage cheese. :)

    Hot sauce on cottage cheese is awesome. I like to mix salsa with cottage cheese and dip chips in it.

    Mirin (a rice cooking wine that seems to make everything taste better!)
    Himalayan Crystal Salt

    And I do like Sriracha, but not on everything. :)
