    I wanted to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for all your comments.
    I was feeling upset that I couldn't healthily loos any more weight, and feeling like I was still to fat.
    I know it was all in my head, but I guess I needed to think that way for so long just to have the motivation to accomplish what I have. It was hard to stop thinking that way, at least for me it was...
    After speaking to my doctor and getting all your reactions I finally feel content with my high weight. 171 lbs it still seems very high for being 5'4", but it is how God made me, and its ok to way that much as long as I am healthy.

    Thank you again, I am so glad I joined MFP; you guys are awesome!

    Hi I am so happy for you. I am kind of new at this i just been trying to follow it but off and on but now i am full throttle. I am orgianlly weighed 283 as well but i lost some weight before i started and now i am 251. I have been loseing it very slowly i wanted to know how you did it? I have been excersising off and on to turbo jams and walking at a fast pase everyday. Im just so discouraged becuase I seem to not be able to get over the hump that i am in.
