Hello everyone today was a real struggle for me, I think because I worked two 12hrs night shift in a row on my feet, with a continuous pain in my right foot that radiates up to the top of my foot and around my ankle. I was off for about 6 week about 2 years ago with the left foot. It was tendinitis of the tibia so I'm thinking its the same thing, but like everyone else I can't afford to take off. That's why I got to get this weight off of my foot. But enough of my problems I pray that everyone else had a great day. I made it so far but with just 38 calories to go.
1. Stayed in my calorie range
2. Exercised for 30mins
3. Had 12 cup of water
4. Logged all of my food for the day.0 -

got it! Wow 8 miles? That's impressive...I get so bored after about 1 and a half (takes about 20 min)..I just can't make myself keep going...Now If I am doing something else like a video or something more fun and that takes more focus the time passes faster and is not so boring.0 -
