HELP PLEASE: i had 2 c-sections and am having an awful time with that "area" of the scar.. any ideas/target workouts, etc?!

My nutritionist told me pilates was the best thing to get rid of that area.0

i have never had a c-section however i have had a scar on my stomach open 6 or 7 times so i have lots of scar tissue and have a hard time "fixing" that area but i do plank exercises and i LOVE chair boxing (boxing from a chair lol) cuz i cant stand for long periods of time....... just a thought hope that helps and good luck also let us know how it all goes please and thank you0

First of all, congrats on the babies! And take heart, that area can be hard to train in general....let alone after a c section! I had a c section 7 years ago and it is tough to strengthen. Pilates and yoga seem to help...not only to look better but feeling better too! Hope this helps:)0

I have had 3 children, and the last was an emergency c-section (so no bikini line) just a big old vertical scar. So there is extra stuff there that I don't want to be there.
Sorry, I don't have a solution to our problem, but am very interested in knowing what works best too!
