    Thanks for being vulnerable and sharing your diary. Your meals seem balanced and healthy to me. I couldn't help but notice that you didn't have any lunch today....

    I would suggest you have a little bit of pasta, but be careful to not eat too much since you already had some for dinner. :wink:

    Yeah, for some reason, I got up a little to late today....NOON....I ended up just eating my breakfast and having a pretty decent snack size to make up for the lunch....

    You might want to add some more vegetables---carrots, celery etc. for snacks instead of all the nut products. I'd also keep ab eye on the salt--your consumption looks high to me. Good Luck
