Dry roasted almonds. It has the protein, healthy fats, and fiber that I need to hold me over if I have to work a long shift and cant sit down for a meal. Is very satisfying for me.0

Raw, unsalted cashews are good but a bit expensive. Also I like the Planters Nut-trition line of nut mixes.0

Peanut butter with veggies or fruit, Black bean hummus., yogurt
For something sweet, a brownie box mix blended with a can of black beans (baked as directed on box). No need for egg or oil. Just the black beans.
I do the same with chocolate cake mix and black beans, and make drop cookies with it.
A friend will mix a pint of yogurt with protein powder then freeze it and eat it like ice cream.0 -

snacks dont really work for me...they just dont make me full...the closest thing i have to a snack is peanut butter with two slices of whole wheat bread, some honey, and cinammon which is 250 cals total.0
