Kristin, you saw onederland on the scale -- that totally counts!! I'd be up for a challenge...I'm looking for something to keep me in line through the holidays too. I was actually going to set up a personal challenge for myself to get in 24 hours worth of cardio by Christmas. I could use a strength training challenge too though...0 -

Well this week I lowered my calories to 1300 instead of like 1800 or something I was doing before...yeah my weight loss .6 =(
SO my WI for this week is 257.8 down .6

OK here's something basic. We can do this from today until next Wednesday!
Food: Make sure to have fruit and vegetables every single day! (I am bad about fruit, so I need this lol)
Water: Get at least 8 - 8oz glasses of water every day (I've been slacking on this)
Exercise: Try something new this week. Switch your normal routine up!

This week: 198 eek!!!!
I am still fluctuating so I still see 200 and sometimes even 201 at night, but this 198 thing is making me very happy!!0 -

Sounds great to me! My new schedule is so topsy turvy right now...I haven't even made it to the gym but one day this week! And it wasn't a very good work out. Veggies/fruit I do ok with, but I could try to eat more!! Today at lunch I had a spinach and romaine salad w/ raw sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and reduced fat blue cheese. Also had 1/2 cup of raspberries. Definitely need more veggies!!0

This week: 198 eek!!!!

Ok off topic. I joined a couple of Groups on here and since have gotten friend requests None put in reason why they want to be a friend. I haven't been posting much on topics so wonder if from those groups.

half off this week to 211.5, frustrating but I measured as well, 2 inches off my chest, 4 inches off my hips and NINE inches off my waist since end of July/beginning of August.
That reinspired me back to the gym and today MFP says if all days were today I will be 197 in 5 weeks- I hope so!!!0 -

Yes!! Let's do it I am not going to make my Onederland by Christmas goal...but I AM happy to say that I AM seeing the scale go down I saw 223.2 this morning!! I think working is helping me Also...I have two incredible friends who are meeting me at 515 am on Mondays and Fridays for a Spinning class!!0 -

I think we should continue on to!!
Everyone is kicking butt so proud of yall!!
As most of you know my youngest...Londyn she is barely 11 months burned both of her hands and her forearm this weekend we found out today it is wose then we thought and we will be going to meet with a plastic surgeon tomorrow! I'm guessing I wont be around this much!!
Pammy Im not sure if I will WI this week so If I dont just put me down for the same as last week but I will def try!!
I will update when I can tomorrow probley after we know more!!
Sadly my Biggest Loser contest ends this Saturday so these last 2 weeks to the end of it have been bad but still have lost so thats good!

I am happy to report that I have actually LOST 1.4 this week!! Cutting back on my cals seems to be the key for me. I knew it wasn't sodium as I have never had an issue before with that!! STOKED to see that scale move down and to ALMOST see the 2teens!! Woot!!
I am sorry that I haven't been on as much. I didn't realize how much time I would be spending working. It is only 5 hours a day, but it is Monday thru Friday.
Good news is I am not eating quite as much!!0 -

She burned herself on a gas stove (fireplace) type thing it looks like one of those old cast iron wood burning stove..it happend so dang fast I don't even know really how it happened =(
Today we went to the University of Utah Burn unit! There was no real good news but it was the first time since it all happend that I felt okay I know they are some great people going to be working with her....we will wait 7-14 days to see if any of the skin come s back she is for sure going to need a skin graft just no sure how much yet! so we have a long long road ahead of us...but I'll tell yo ushe is one tough cookie!0
