14.39km LSRun today keeping firmly in zone 1 for the entire way (went above a bit climbing a hill with an elevation gain of 130m over 5km)

6km this morning in the cold at the track. The instruction was to do a 5km time trial with a bit of a warm up and cool down.
Warm-up was a 2km bike up the hill followed by 400m jog and then 200m walk.
5000m was done in 23:02 with two quick stops for water
Cool down was a 400m walk followed by an 18.2km bike ride out to work.0 -
