My subject is exactly what I want to know!
I am a very VERY picky person when it comes to stuff on my salad and I want to know what others put on theirs!
This is what I put on mine:
Lettuce
Carrots
Hard Boiled Egg
Croutons
Spinach (sometimes)
Light Ranch
(if it comes in a mix already then I deal with the cabbage and what not that is mixed with it)

I make salads of lots of variety but they usually consist of mixed greens, tomato, cukes, carrots, radishes, some green onion or thinly slice red onion, peppers (green, red, yellow whatever I bought this week) sometimes hard boiled eggs and/or ham, turkey, and shredded cheese, croutons, salad topping mix. Any combination of the above, depends on my mood.
The dressings I usually have on hand are Ranch, Dorthy Lynch, Raspberry vinagrette.0

Here's a super way to cut down calories from salad dressings. Order it on the side and just dip your fork in it. Then spear your veggies. You get all the flavor and a fraction of the calories--about 1 teaspoon on a side salad and a tablespoon on a huge dinner salad. The calorie savings add up fast if you eat a salad every day.0
