hi i am 5'4 and currently 182 lbs. my initial starting weight was when i was in labor with my son at 298lbs i started MFP on may 23rd at 240 lbs. today i am 182, my goal weight is to be 145 or whenever i look in the mirror and am happy with what i see.

I'm 5'4 3/4". I'm currently 160. I started MFP in Feb and lost 10lbs and got all sassy. I've gained some back...so I'm getting back on the wagon...and this time seriously shooting for my goal...of 130. That was my wedding day weight...(only 4 years ago)....but I've had 2 little guys since then and allowed myself to eat and not work out during my pregnancies. Back in my mid 30's I was down to 120 and was loving it! So we'll see after I get to 130.
I'm having my sister take some before photos. I always think I look better than I really do. I need those bad photos for motivation. I'll post before and after once I've gotten to my goal.

I'm 5'4 and started MFP in October at 172 (my heaviest), I am now 166 with a goal weight of 140/145. I will post pics once I get close to my goal weight. I consider myself an athlete with a solid structure with unusually broad shoulders and somewhat topheavy. Pick a goal weight thats works for your frame.0

I am 5'3. I started at 165. My goal weight was 135. When I got there I decided I wanted to get to 127. I am currently at 133 and currently a size 4. Here are my before and afters along with my measurements at the time!! Good luck!!

I am a smidge over 5'3", not enough to say 5'4" though. My heaviest was 178 lbs and I am now 145. I was a size 11 when I started my journey 2.5 months ago and now I'm a size 7. There are pictures on my profile. I want to get around 135. I've lost more inches then anything. 7.5 inches off waist, 3 inches off hips (I need it there most, I have a J Lo hiney) and 2 inches off my arms and 2 inches from each thigh. I am muscular but also hour glass figured, so when I put on weight, my hiney gets stingey and takes most of it first!0

I'm 5'4" and went from 186 to 133 so far. My goals are no long scale related. I'm shooting for a half marathon in May. I'm happy with my body minus the momma pooch that will go away!!!! Lol

I'm5'4" and my starting weight was 194 and about a size 16/18 pants. Now I'm at 162 and a size 10 pants. My lowest weight was 118/120 but that was too skinny. Right now I'm aiming to see 130, maybe 129 just to see the 2 there I have old progress photos on my profile, it was about 14lbs ago. I haven't taken any recently. I'm planning on taking more around 155 maybe.0

I put 140 lbs. as my goal since that was a weight that looked and felt good for me 20 years ago. Whether it does now, I just don't know. I will be flexible on this weight loss journey. I'm in it for the long haul, and want to give my skin time to catch up to my body. My fantasy would be to be lower than 140--maybe 125, but I have no way of knowing whether that's realistic for me. I would say, pick a weight in your late teen/adult life that felt good, set that as your goal, and see if that works for you.0

I'm 5'3.5" and a pear. I carry most of my weight in my legs. I started at 149, US size 8; I'm at 130, US six 6 now. I'm probably about 133 in my profile picture. My goal is 120 because I've been there before and know I look good at that weight.0

I am exactly half way to my goal of 65kgs or 143lbs, think once I've reached it I will evaluate whether I need to go further as am also a large frame. It's so interesting how different weights look on different body types.0 -

I am also 5'4" and went from 191 to 142. My original goal was 140, but I can definitely see that I want to get in the 130-135 range at least. I am happy where I am, but am sick of looking at the hanging skin/fat on my stomach and arms. I don't currently have any pictures of me at the 142-145 range... I also definitely need a little kick in the butt about the last leg of this journey. This is far below any weight I have ever been at during my teen/adult years...so this is all new territory for me.1

I'm 5'3 and my first goal was 135 lbs. I'm about 5 lbs away and see that there's no way I'm gonna be happy with 135, so my next goal is 125 and we'll see what happens when I get there0

Congratul;ations. ...you are where I want to be.....I am 5'3 and want to get back into my size 10 jeans....i just joined last Friday and need plenty of encouragement...so far I am enjoying counting the calories and knowing my limits....it's good to know the goal is attainable.....0

HEY! I am 5'3 1/2" and before i had a baby my perfect weight was 126-132 max. right now I am 149. and my goal weight is 130. But i think what ever weight you end up liking, should be your goal weight. just set short term goals, and keep up the good work, and it will come to you, where you are comfortable at. everyone is different! my fried and i are the same height, but when she weighs 150 she looks fine she looks like i would look at 138. hope this helps. its just a number at the end of the day!0

Before: 140-145 lbs-ish, I'm guessing. Haven't weighed myself in a while, but I will over Thanksgiving on my g-ma's reliable scale!
