Unfortunately I have classes for most of my day today and then I have my clinical rotation at the hospital from 1-10pm tonight so I was unable to burn as many cals as i had wished
. Even though I didn't have a lot of time though, I felt I made the most of it and worked my butt off super hard! The jumproping is killing me, but I definitely notice a difference in my endurance over the past couple of days! And my legs and abs are looking awesome for the first time in a long time!
So excited! Going to wake up early tomorrow and hopefully burn a lot more than I have the past couple of days!
