  • I am in too. Today burned 686 walking 90 minutes. My goal is 700 calories a day for 5 days and rest on the weekend. Today is Tuesday. Yestersay 462 calories. Total 1,148 calories. I have 2,352 to go. 784 a day til Friday.

    Weekly Goal: 3,500 cals or as much as I can do, I'm not committing to a definite amount, as it's my first proper week back at MFP in a while.

    Mon: 1,500 (slowly walking to and from work, 30 mins, 122 cals + fightclub, 45 mins, 500 cals + spinning, 45 mins, 498 cals + kettlebells, 40 mins, 380 cals)

    Tues: 995 (slowly walking to and from work, 30 mins, 97 cals + spinning, 45 mins, 495 cals + pilates, 45 mins, 97 cals + kettlebells, 40 mins, 306 cals)

    Wed: 1225 (quick walking to work, 30 mins, 165 cals + spinning, 45 mins, 438 cals + walking on treadmill, 30 mins, 122 cals + beatbox, 40 mins, 500 cals)
