My daughter's school is having a fundraiser tonight at McDonald's. I'll be taking her down there in about 20 minutes. I don't *have* to have McDonald's, but if there are any decent options, I'll do it. Are there any?

I always do a grilled chicken salad if I "have" to eat at a fast food place. Just watch the toppings and dressings.

The black coffee..and that's about it.

Hahah, in all seriousness...If you're in a pinch, I would go with whatever contained grilled chicken in as small of a portion as possible.

Whenever I end up there, I will get a salad, be easy on the dressing. OR a fruit and yogurt parfait. Not sure if they still have it, but they used to have a fruit and walnut salad as well.

A salad with grilled chicken is a good option. I usually get the bacon ranch and use half of the dressing.

Grilled chicken snack wraps - I had a honey mustard one the other day and thought it was really good. Something like 250 calories, I believe.

Sometimes McDonald's and Burger Kings are right across the street from each other. If so, you can walk across the street and get a Whopper. Much tastier than Mickey D's.

Oatmeal! It's yum and fairly low-cal if you skip the brown sugar :)

    grilled chicken sandwich, no mayo
  • Anything not breaded/fried without the bun. Usually end up with double cheeseburger or Quarter Pounder (Double if I didn't get around to eating much today)

Hamburger, side salad with vinaigrette. Less than 400 calories I think.

The grilled chicken sandwich, no mayo and take off the bottom bun (that's where all the grease settles). For a side, I'd either have the fruit and yogurt or a side salad with their Italian dressing.

Grilled Chicken Wrap, tear off some the excess tortilla. Much better than the salad especially if you use all the dressing!

Enjoy, they are very tastey and will do in a pinch!!!

Just go to their website and look at the nutritional guide for options. If you budget your calories you should be able to have whatever you want. I had a medium Big Mac combo the other day and it didn't hurt my caloric intake at all because I counted them in before hand. You should never deprive yourself of anything, just eat in moderation:smile:
  • Maybe a salad? Bring your own dressing tho, if you use their dressing you might as well just eat a cheeseburger lol

Subjective. I know what's in them and eat them occasionally with no fear.
