WOW! How long did it take you to lose the weight? What exercise were you doing and how many calories per day were you eating?
Hi! It took me a year. I'm a slow loser. Some people lose that in 3 months! haha
I followed the MFP plan by 1200 cals a day.
I eat my exercise calories back if I'm hungry.
This is my November workout plan, but it changes often:
1 Day a week = Yoga
2 Days a week = 45 minutes of Cardio (Zumba & Turbo Jam mostly)
1 Day a week = 3 mile walk
2 Days a week = Strength training (30 Day shred)
1 Day a week = 20 Minutes of cardio

your stomach has tuned out great, always nice to see that it is a possibility to lose the rolls and not have loose saggy overhanging skin all over the shop!
