after one month

Has this ever happened to anyone?
I started p90x four weeks ago, eating and using mfp ,when i weighed this evening, Im one and a half pounds heavier!!!!!
I feel as though i have lose though :(

    Don't get discouraged! Keep going you are gaining muscle.

    i'm not an expert but i've always heard that muscle weighs more than fat. so it just may be that you've lost some fat but gained it in muscle. and thats a good thing.
  • You might be retaining water. I notice when I workout alot I gain too. Don't let that get in your way.

    I did my weigh in last Sunday and had also gained a pound and a half, but I can tell i'm still losing inches so its muscle building. Don't let it get you down...
