    Ok, you've encouraged me to try to *GULP* run.....
    I lost 30 pounds here...I am 5'7 and went from about 150 to 130 (128/129)
    I look HORRIBLE in bathing suit
    My legs and arms are toned but my mid-section is a mess

    I walk on the treadmill, do yoga and J/M 30 day shred
    I usually aim for 1hr of working out per day, at least 30 is cardio
    Can u give me any tips how to start running....would sprints of 2-3 minutes help?
    That's what I have been trying to do
