A simple, tasty pumpkin holiday treat (or anytime)

I personally see nothing wrong with having a small slice of pumpkin pie from time to time. But, if you want to have something with few calories and little fat on hand to satisfy that pumpkin craving without the calories, give this a go. It's really very good and I eat it year round. It's very simple. If I can make it, it's simple.
All you need is a can of pumpkin (I prefer organic), some plain yogurt or, if you prefer, use vanilla. Mix that together in whatever amount suits you. Add you favorite sweetener. Finally, add some dark cacao bits (optional). I buy the bits at Whole Foods. You may be able to get them elsewhere. Refrigerate and enjoy. :drinker:
