    I noticed that you said that you used Body By Vi. I was wondering if you could share your thoughts/opinions on it. I have been considering using it for a short period of time. Do you still use it and if so, how many meals do you use it for.

    Great job!! Interesting, we have similar starting weights (and, actually, similar current weights) but I'm 5'6". What an amazing journey, it's tough but you're right, hard work gets results!
