35 Day Challenge

Yes, 35 days til Christmas, I know I’m not going to lose 30 lbs in 35 days, but I sure as hell want to see a difference!

So start weight:

Holy crap 152lbs!

So yeah, lets see how much I can do in 35 days, HEALTHILY!!

Anyone want to join me?

I'll set some small challenges throughout, maybe in 5 day blocks and such.

    5 Days: Burn 1000 calories a day.



    This can be however you like, walking, running, cleaning, whatever you like, i just want to see everyone burning 1000 calories.

    I'm not going to be eating these back, but anyone who feels they should can.
  • Im in my start weight is 165, however I have my weigh in tomorrow so i will re-post with that.
    Im struggling to lose the weight i want to so hopefully joining you with this challange might just help.

    I'll join too, my start weight is 129. I'd like to be around 123 by Christmas, this will keep me on track for my goal weight by the time I go on vacation to Jamaica in early January :-)
  • END OF DAY ONE, 34 DAYS TO GO, 4 DAYS LEFT OF FIRST MINI CHALLENGE

    So how did everyone do with their first mini challenge day?

    I ended up burning 1136 kcals, but tomorrow I want more of that to be running and bicycling.

    I'm up for the challenge. My starting weight is 144.6. Today I burned 911 calories, just shy 89 calories towards the mini challenge, but the night is young :wink:

  • today was "fun" loosing the calories because I was walking around what seems ALL AFTERNOON helping and participating with the Santa Clause Parade! Tomorrow will be a challenge to loose 1000 cals though cause I spend most of my morning at church and have committed to spending time with a friend in the afternoon! Will have to find some time to workout!

    only managed 832 cals on day 1 but I'm sure my zumba routines burn more than the dance I enter on the charts. I know it will be tough to reach the 1000 but have already done 68 mins walking this morning and half of it is up and down on rough woodland paths
  • way to go :) don't feel down if you don't get to 1000, that's just an aim to motivate everyone!

    Why not, I'm in. I weigh 242.7lbs. I try and burn as many calories as I can during the day and although I may not log more than 600-800 I will be doing my 1000. I will be more active with my 4 children between now and Christmas!
  • DAY TWO OF THE FIRST MINI CHALLENGE!

    I burned 1229 today, went for epic bike to ride to see boyfriend and home again plus various little workouts through-out the day!

    how did everyone else do?

    Why not? Let's do this. Start weight: 143 lbs Imma do 25 for the 25th. Challenges me to 1lb a day with 5 days wiggle room.
