No soda, fast food, or fried food.
I don't really like them much to begin with.0 -
Nothing with artificial sweetener in it. That stuff is gross.0

Absolutely no soda, white bread/rice/pasta only whole wheat products, and no fast food. If I get take out it has to be prepared and made to order.
I eat carbs but I stay away from white bread/white rice or white pasta and potatoes. I try to eat whole wheat bread and pasta. I avoid bread completely for the most part, but, if I need a quick meal that is healthy I will eat subway without hesitation. I also avoid fast food and soda. I am a sweet a holic, so completely abstaining from that for me is impossible, so I just make better choices, like a sugar free jello, a 100 calorie healthy choice bar, a small piece of dark choclate...etc.0 -
I don't eat food I don't like. Other than that I'll eat anything I want as long as I can fit it into my day.0

i've been cheating the last 10 years so for the first year of this(I'm in my 5th month) my rules are no fast food, no store bought cookies, cakes, candy and extremely limited homemade versions, no set cheat days just a rare going over for things like tapas. once the year is up i'll start adding that stuff back in.0

No regular soda or juice (except fresh). Waste of calories!0
-
No processed sugar....or as little as possible LOL.0

This is my rule:
I don't have any rules :] I limit some things only because they test my self control more than i'd like xD
haha me too. If I put any foods off limits it leads to cravings.0 -

Oh yea and very little sugar, if I have any I mix half tsp sugar with half tsp stevia or splenda, I have been wanting to try Agave Nectar, still have plenty of Stevia in the cupboard, when I start running out I will buy the Agave Nectar.
If I can't say no to more, then I can't have it yet...
I am working on my emotions when it comes to food at this stage and I seem to be struggling with carbs. They can be complex or processed, I just can't seem to stop at only one piece.0 -
Cheese because it triggers binges. Red meat and egg yolks because of the cholesterol.0

I like the no dogs or cats rule. Alligators are yummy though. They are a reptile right?
I've had gator bites and croc bites, so I had to leave them off the list. I think I've had rattlesnake, too.
Same for insects.I've had escargot. Besides, crabs are related to spiders, and lobsters to cockroaches, so... I'm a bug eater.0 -
i don't drink my calories, i only eat them. i have cut out juices etc0

lol, that's a good one0 -
I basically eat whatever I want but in moderation and within my calorie budget. I don't believe in restricting because it will just make me want it more and over do it. I had pizza lastnight and enjoyed every bite! If I'm going to have a higher calorie dinner I will eat lighter during the day,0

Whole foods as much as possible, zero artificial sweeteners. That's it. And I don't beat myself up for slipping up - just make a better choice next time! And sometimes I break the rules because rules are made to be broken:)0

Nothing is off limits for me anymore. Once I set limits on certain things, I found myself only crave it more. I do not eat after 8pm unless on special occasions, when out with friends, etc.0
-
No juice. I make my own.
No fast food if I can help it.0 -
my only rule is that if I'm not going to really ENJOY it, I don't want to eat it. I don't eat just to eat.
Otherwise I also eat ALL the things.0 -
No caffeine..it makes me sick0
-
Eat everything in moderation ( homemade food, cakes)

Nothing I don't like, and I apply this super strongly to unhealthy foods. I usually give the healthy ones second chances. Otherwise, everything's fine in moderation.0
