    I'm an only child, and I'm selfish.
    I came from a low socio-economic background, and I was a teenage mother.
    I wasn't raised with a dad, and I can't even remember dating a guy with much less than a 10 year gap between us.

    im a texan and i have cowboy boots, cowboy hats, we own a big truck, we eat DRESSIN' not stuffing on Thanksgiving and I have a gun. Actually i have a few guns and Im licensed to carry.
    Oh and I love beans and tortillas!

    I'm a hippie, I drive a VW with Grateful Dead stickers on it, I go to jam-band shows, I shop at thrift stores, and I create art.

    I also live in the south and... hmmm... I guess I probably talk funny but that's about as far as I go with the southern stereotype... that I know of. :tongue:

    Texan - My family owns Oil Wells, Pick ups, guns, horses, cattle, acreage, tractors, and have an affinity for shelling purple hull peas in the summer!!
    Southern White Family - My family used to own slaves....But we KNOW they were treated like family! In the portrait of the family in front of the "family home", the lady was in the pic as well.

    I am Cajun and I have a bayou accent and I HATE how the narrator on Swamp People is so fake. Everything I eat has to be spicy. My screen name on most other sites is some variation of "spicycajun." i have a horrid temper. My grandmother's first language was French, she spoke it before English. Yes, I lived on the bayou. I fished before I went to school and can grab a catfish bare handed without getting finned. I own more guns than most members of the military but hey, this is Cajun Country.

    I also have a strong German ancestory and can drink like a fish. Well, I used to.

    Tut tut mister, that's an ENGLISH stereotype, not a BRITISH one :P I'm British and I don't drink tea..I prefer Whisky. With a side of haggis. Actually no. Just more whisky.

    Oh but the best tea and scones I ever had were in Edinburgh! (But don't tell my Devonshire-bred husband that!)

    I dye my hair blond because I have a blond personality.. and my natural brunette hair just doesn't cut it :)

    I'm of german and scottish descent so I once had a friend tell me the I must be good at drinking and marching.

    Also texan and start freezing when it hits 60.

    Woman driver and am physically incapable of driving in a straight line. :wink: I guess we all got our faults.

    I'm black so I love sports and has been an athlete at a time in my life.
    I'm a Californian - Yes, I can take pride in our state sometimes lol (lol I heard that people think Californians think that they are all that)
    I'm the only girl out of two brothers - So I do get treat a little different. Spoiled but in a very good way.
    I'm the middle child - So I'm weird :/

    woman who is an AWFUL driver....

    i live in Texas - therefore when the weather is 50º or below i am in a coat, hat, scarf, gloves, boots, the works.

    i think it might actually stop there.

    I'm in Texas and as soon as it hits 70 degrees I am in sweaters. When it gets to 50 degrees, I feel the urge to hibernate. :smile:

    I'm German and I'm ALWAYS at least 5 minutes early!
    it always pisses me off when I'm with somebody else and they tell me, "we've got 10 minutes, don't rush!" and I tell them that we wouldn't have to rush if we were EARLY!!! But I think I drive some people nuts with how early I am... Oh well.
