            Life got in the way of exercise yesterday, but today.... rode 13 more miles (makes 24.6 this week so far), plus did 70 sit-ups (and jumping jacks, and..... 30DayShred, level one... it's all in there!!)
 I've been downing water like crazy (averaging 14+ cups per day) and I think the plateau is busted :bigsmile: . I'll weigh in for my other challenge tomorrow, then Sunday is my "official" day.... can't wait to see what happens!!0

 challenegs this week are:-
 do at least 30min of exersize a day (walking/running/swimming etc)
 drink you water
 eat at least 1 fresh fruit or raw veg a day

 miles for the week totaled at 22.5 (walked/biked)
 weighed in at 214, which means a .5 lb loss0

            Hi everyone, hope you are all doing well 
 Only lost .4lbs this week (more than likely due to TOM) - So down to 274.6lbs.
 Managed to do just shy of 30 miles this week.

            OK -- the plateau is busted for sure!! Lost 3.8 lbs this week, weighing in at 164:bigsmile: Only 6 lbs higher than when I graduated from high school, back in the dinosaur ages!!
 Miles last week: 24.6 biking, 3.1 walking yesterday. Completed my first 5K today in 41:05 
 For today: 41:05 of running, plus 30 minutes of walking; 15 cups of water; 4 fruits/veggies!!

            Had a lovely week, had another challenge that said no junk food for the week and 16 cups of water daily. I think that really helped me and this week I lost a further 3.2 lbs. So I'm not standing at 271.4, so close to getting out of the 270s forever and only 6.4 lbs from my Christmas goal weight of 265!! Woohoo!! 0 0
