As you can see from the spreadsheet I had a MASSIVE gain last week. However, as I was on holiday and not in my normal routine my water intake was AWFUL!!! This is a piece of advice to all to keep your water intake up, as since I've been back to my normal routine I'm almost back down to the weight I was before my holiday. So MASSIVE gain last week will look like a MASSIVE loss this week..... and it was all to do with water! That's the only main variation on my diet while I was off work. How funny :laugh:
Anyway, you probably already know this but it's the first time I've actually seen it with my own eyes! :noway:
PS. NSV, I had to wear geeky braces to work yesterday as one pair of work trousers are soooooooooo baggy they look ridiculous! The braces put them back to the right place on my body! Stylish! :laugh:0 -
Sorry apples, I've put on a 1lb. It was pizza & wine last night, so I'm going to blame that.

I would DEFINITELY be up for another challenge! It really helps me stay motivated, and having a weigh-in day later in the weeks helps me get up and go (I don't have a scale, I use the one at the gym), so I HAVE to go, even if I don't want to, haha. Hopefully I'll do better on the next one! And congrats to everyone who lost this week! I think I'm down a pound from last week, but it's been the same pound bouncing back and forth for weeks. Gotta break through it sometime!0 -

Definitely would be interested in keeping this going/starting a new challenge - the weekly weigh ins are a great reminder for me.
And thanks to you guys I'm down to my lowest weight ever! 151lb! I can feel how close the 140's are now!! :-)0 -

So, I haven't really been coming on here via computer until right now. Usually I log in through my phone, & it's not a smart phone.. I just read through the updates & update what I can. I can't really log my exercise or food, so that's why I haven't been logging. Best believe that I've been on track with my exercising & sort of with my calorie intake.
Now that that's out of the way... I can't believe this challenge is almost over!! I feel like we JUST started this last week or something!! I'm down to join another challenge, if someone starts one up!! I've met an AMAZING group of ladies through this challenge & I just want to say THANK YOU!!!

I'd be in for a new challenge/continuation of this one. I've been pretty unmotivated on the exercise front (and have been enjoying far too much pizza) so I need a new kick!

I hope everyone's having a good Monday. I have a feeling this week will be maintenance for me, but that's ok because I had a big loss last week. In other news, I also ran a 3 mile PB this weekend so I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself!!
Thinking about getting some Christmas decorations up soon - I'm feeling very festive!! When do you all put your up? And my US & Canadian friends - what about you? Do you wait until after Thanksgiving or do you have them up for the celebrations?0 -
I'd definitely be up for a continuation of this challenge! Weighing in during the holidays will force me to face the (ugly) truth about how much I'm eating and will hopefully keep me in check. it looks like i'll still have around 10 lbs to go after the end of this challenge, so i'll need the motivation!0

SO IM NOT SURE EXACTLY HOW THE SPREADSHEET WORKS BUT IVE LOVED IT AND WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE THE CHALLENGE TILL AT LEAST NEW YEARS......... I DIDNT LOSE 20LBS DOING THIS CHALLENGE BUT TO BE HONEST I WASNT REALLY AIMING FOR 20 LBS THAT QUICKLY, I LOST 13 LBS AND FEEL LIKE IM "SKINNYFAT" SO IM GOING TO WORK ON GOING TO THE GYM AS MY MAIN FOCUS SO MY WEIGHT MAY NOT CHANGE A WHOLE LOT. ANY VOLUNTEERS TO HEAD THE CONTINUATION CHALLENGE?0

Okay I weighed in as my "last" weigh in this morning at 123.9. so for this challenge I lost a total of 14.1lbs!!!!! so happy......so thankful for all of you who were here for me, if anything ill still be posting on this thread regularly and we will all need to figure out what we would like to do to try to continue this, hope everyone has a fabulous holiday....... i for one know im gonna need to hit the gym hard next week hahahaha!0

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! I've just weighed in for the last time.... Boo hoo hoo :sad:
I'm down to 156lbs this week. Only 0.5lb loss this week but 5lb loss in total as start weight was 161lbs. Even though it's not much I'm really pleased with myself as I know I won't let it come back!
Thanks to all of you for your support over the past 14 weeks and thanks to Ross for thinking up the whole thing and Cheri for maintaining the spreadsheet! :flowerforyou:
We need to find a continuation somehow as if it all ends today I will miss you guys immensely! :frown:

I also just weighed in for the last time, at 145.5.... my lowest weight as an adult! I lost a total of 10.5 lbs during this challenge, so thank you all for your support! I know we will all continue to support each other, as I for one know I still have a bit more to lose. Congrats to everyone, this has been a great challenge!! =D0

Congratulations everybody on making it through to the end!!
I started the challenge at 158lb and now I'm down to 152, having hit an all time low of 151! It may not be 20lb but it's still a big change for me!

I have lost 10lbs this challenge. It's not the 20 I was aiming for, but I'm still pretty happy with that. I am personally going to aim for another 5lbs by xmas, so *fingers crossed*.
I hope we can keep this going or start something else. Having to weigh in once a week at least means I can track when I'm putting on again and re-adjust my diet. I'd really like to still have that!
Also, Happy Thanksgiving to all our American friends. I hope you enjoy your delicious dinners this afternoon/evening (I'm probably having chicken salad, so I will be thinking about you all enviously)!

During this challenge, I lost a total of 22.2lbs. I'm hoping to be down 40lbs before my sister's wedding on Jan 6th!

14 weeks ago I started this challange at 129. I'm now down to 122.8. 6 lbs lost!!!!! I'm so happy with that number, and I hope that there is a continuation of this group since I'd like to lose a little bit more. Thanks to Ross and Cheri for starting and keeping this group going. And thank you to everyone for being so motivating. Knowing that there are other women on the same journey as me really helped me stay focused (for the most part when I wasn't feeling lazy ). Congrats to everyone!!!0 -
