Super Low Calorie Banana (No Sugar Added) Muffin Recipe!

i do love a banana muffin but low calorie makes it even better shall be trying these soon

Sounds yummy but does anyone have a low carb suggestion to these? That is practically my WHOLE day in carbs in one muffin...

i think you're looking at the ENTIRE recipe... 1 muffin is 4 carbs.

Sounds good! Going to try a modified version of it this afternoon... thinking about adding some vanilla essence and/or some cinnamon

EDIT: Just popped them in the oven, and calculated my recipe on MFP - comes out at 90cals, 17g carbs, 2g fat and 3g protein per muffin, which is fine by me! I ended up with 10. Added a banana (so used 3), 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp demerara sugar and 10g butter to my mix, as well as using a whole egg. Can't wait to see how they turn out!
