    woo! Day one down!

    Today was 45 minutes of wii fit fun. I'm keeping my scores logged in my signature but here they are anyway!

    Long run: 55%
    10 minute hula hoop (almost killed me lol) :1856
    20 minute free step: 1960 steps
    Advanced Step: 546 points

    How did you create that signature badge... I think that would be a fun way to log everything... I'll be doing mine later tonight - I have AquaFit class right after work first... man I'm going to be tired! :laugh:

    you can make the badges at http://bighugelabs.com/flickr/ and you can make it any color and use any photo you want. The only thing is that it only comes in 2 sizes....HUGE and itty bitty. It links up with Flickr (which I already have an account with) and then you can resize and code it...a little bit of a pain in the butt but it's cute.

    Question
    how fast are you running? how long does it take you to finish the long run? I can't get my % up there.
    Today it took me 5 minutes and I had 78%.

    I have no clue how i did it. I don't have pockets in what I work out in so I put the controller in my sports bra, I figure my girls don't bounce anymore than my belly. They are both pretty jiggly. I didn't run any different than I have anyother time. As for the step I stepped it up for 10 of the minutes. I stepped as fast as I could go and it still counts steps. (if you go too fast it won't register some steps.) I would do that with the same leg up for 90 seconds then rest for a minute. Then I would do it again with the other leg starting. I also step in front of the board and step back and I did it like that too. I wan tto really feel a burn when I do it. I really feel it in my toosh then. I am so thrilled I got four stars on all of them!

    I just got done with my wii fit and I walked Gypsie for 30 min....ugh....tired lol

    you go girl! I walked my dog for 49 minutes and was beat but still had to do the challange. We live on a mountain and it's half uphill and half down hill. uuuggghhhh...... Trying to work up to doing the 1.3 miles in 20 minutes. I don't know though.

    You ladies are kicking my butt in the Free Step and Long Run... today I actually got a charliehorse in my left calf while doing the long run; obviously not enough water today. Here's my numbers:

    4/23 Challenge:
    Long Run: 48%
    Free Step: 1965
    Adv. Step: 527
    Hula Hoop: 3298
    Total Time: 39 mins

    Now to walk the dog before we head to bed... I'll have to kick it up tomorrow! :embarassed:

    Hi All,

    I'm new but thought this might come in handy. It's from Wii, but in Japanese. It's fairly easy though; you can look at the pics for the Wii Fit and figue calories burned -- or at least a good idea! You just click the little box at the bottom with the arrow, put in your weight (KG) and then click on each of the Fit activities that you do and time.

    Ok so If you can read Japanese...... this would be GREAT!! So, how many of you can read Japanese?
