Any food/drink you just can't give up?

For me personally, I've been able to improve my diet, increase my exercise
But while obviously water is much better for me, fizzy drinks are just something I can't give up, still I've switched to diet drinks
Just wondering if anyone else has any things that they just can't drop out of their diet?

Actually, I have not given up anything I ate before. I just have switched portions and frequencies. Works for me.0

I haven't given anything up... just cut down on chocolate and haven't had a biscuit in ages and bread has probably all but gone now, having been replaced by crispbreads.
But I still drink alcohol, still enjoy (home-made) curries and practically everything else I used to eat... just in smaller, more sensible portions :happy:0 -

....it's all moderation right? lol

Diet Coke - like the others, I NEED my fizz! Drinking LOTS of water and green tea but I still need a fuzzy soda!0
