    I am 5'9 and I wasn't active at all before I started. I used to be active a few years ago, but I never attatched eating well with it.

    Yes and no... I quit smoking, but I used camel snus which is like chew without the spitting. I did that for a couple months just to break the habit of smoking. Then I quit the snus cold turkey. I think it worked because I wasn't fighting the nicotine addiction and the habit at the same time. Huge part in regaining my fitness though.
