Ladies : 5'4 Goal Weight?

130 is where I'd like to be. I think a little less would be nice, but I'm trying to be realistic. And I don't want to look too skinny because I want to look(be) healthy and I want people to see me as healthy. I also want some muscle so I think 130 is good.0

I'm 5ft4in and my current weight is 135. My goal weight is 115 and my heaviest was about 147. I have a small frame as well.0

I'm at my initial goal weight at the moment (126lbs) which I am happy with but ideally I'd like to lose another 10lbs or so, hopefully shrink my stomach and waist a little more. Ideally i'd like to maintain below 9stone in the long term as I do feel a lot more confident at this size, but I'll just see how it goes I guess because every body changes differently!0

My goal weight is roughly 135lbs. Any lower I find too unrealistic for me.0

Ooh, I'm going to breaking the mold here. I want to get to 160 and re-assess there, with a probable shift away from cardio into weight lifting. Next year I change occupation to something that will demand a lot of strength and endurance, manipulating 2 - 10kg weights for half the day, while sweating it out in front of a furnace. I joined the gym to build muscle, then got sidetracked by getting healthy!
I love my curves - and if I can maintain a reasonable level of fitness despite being in the overweight category, that will be good enough.
Ultimate goal? 26" waist.0 -
I'm 5'4 or so.....I started at 146 & now weigh between 131-133 & def want to lose another 8-10 lbs or so. And be really tone. I'm into a size 4 & some 2's in some brands but need to lose this baby belly that 2 kids left me with0

I'm 5'4.. I want to be between 140-145. I want to be curvy like Beyonce or J Lo. I may alter that goal when I get there, I dont know. But i do know I dont want to be too skinny.0

I`m 5`5 but my goal is 140-150 range anywhere in that range and I will be happy0

I started at 156lbs (11st 2).
As it stands from my weigh in this morning I am now 132.6lbs (9st 6.6)
I would ideally like to be around 126lbs (9st) but I think I shall access how I look when I reach it, I might even be tempted to loose a few more lbs to get my to a nice round figure of 30lbs lost!

I'm 5'4'' and my goal weight is 145. Anything below that and I start to look too thin. I have a medium build, but have large breast and have to take that extra weight into account. Right now I am coming out of a DD. When I am thin Ds fits just fine. I was 136 pounds in high school and wore size 5 jeans, so I figure that is a realistic goal and one that I could maintain for the long term.0

I gave up on a scale goal, and i'm just going for a 20% bodyfat. However, if i don't gain muscle and do lose fat, that would put me at about 132.0

I would like to be 139 lbs (9st 13lbs) so that I am under 10st, however my main goal is to get in a uk size 10. last time i was a size 10 I was 18 and 9st, but I did no exercise then so hopefully I should get in the 10's at a higher weight due to having more muscle this time.0

I am 5'4" and I have (as an adult) weighed every weight from 80lbs to 171 lbs. I personally like to weigh about 115. I used to try to maintain 110, but at the time I thought I was 5'3" and it was very hard (and now I know why, that extra inch counts for a lot lol). 115-120 is perfect imo.0

(Just wanna say pounds are confusing to calculate to and from, being almost but not quite 0.5 kg)
My goal weight is 120 lbs (that is *with* muscle), but not sure how much muscle might weigh, so, between 120 and 125 I feel. I'm just shy of 5'4" I think0 -

Mine is 150, but I have a large frame. I know that anything under that and I would start to look gross.0

I'm 5' 4.75" and fairly small framed. I feel unhealthy either at 105 and below or 114 and above, so anywhere else in there is good. I'm currently 108 (and feel great!) and I've never seen 120 in my life. I have enough muscle to keep up in the mosh pit and enough endurance to hike all day with my puppy-love-girl, Mischief.0

I'm 5'3 and my current goal is 150. That's still high for my height but it seems a lot more obtainable than the 130 goal that I ultimately want to be at, if that makes any sense.0

Mine is 150. The last time I was down to 150 I was a size 6/8--I have a lot of muscle and have always looked lighter than I really am. I might see if I can get down to 130, but I have my doubts I'll be able to maintain it in a healthy, realistic way.0

I wonder does it depend on your stature????
It is funny becasue if you go by BMI it says I believe 120-125 to 140-something.
In my wt loss journey I got to 132 one time and everyone said I looked like I smoked crack. My doctor thought I had an eating disorder. So, I went up to 140-144 and then everyone said I looked normal. Yet, that is over the BMI. Go figure sometimes I get frustrated with the whole thing!!!!!!!!!0
