    WOOOOOHOOOOOOOO great job :) I love the feeling to keep shrinking :) I was a 26/28 last year now I am loose 12 WOOT :) 17 lbs till goal and I can almost taste it :)

    One year and one month later I finally hit my healthy weight target and first MAJOR goal!!!! I went from a very unhappy size 18 to a comfortable size 8. I am 5-8 and my healthy weight is 164.4. Couldn't be more happy with my progress. Please know that its hard work but the end results are totally worth everything!!!!! I hope this encourages you to keep going through the holidays!

    How brilliant is not only your progress but that you are willing to share in order to help others see that light at the end of the tunnel! Way to go!
