Here is how this group works.
Don't change your weigh-in days just for the group. Report in when you weigh.
This group has been going every month for over a year. (Maybe longer..Bru do you remember) We gain and lose people every month. We are informal and work to support each other in this journey. Be a cheerleader for each other. There are no formal rules....just be nice and helpful.
Posting goals here is a great idea.
I have been really lazy since school started so my big goal is to walk at least 1 mile every day.

Terri, I do believe that we are going on two years now. I joined MFP just before my brother got married (and found this group a short time after) and he just had his second year party in late September! Time will fly...

I just started back yesterday so that made Tuesdays my WI day but I think I'm going to follow the Dec 1st, 6th, and so on WI days too. So, tomorrow morning I will log my weight. Thanks for letting me join!!!0

Happy to see so many people here.
I need to wait a few days to get back on the treadmill. I had minor surgery on a toe last week and now have a little fluid build up behind the nail making it sore. Doctor said to soak it and massage it and it will go down. It is a bit sore right now so I want to wait to work out.
Keep moving and eating right .
